We represent clients in cases related to sex discrimination within elementary and secondary schools, college, and graduate school, including issues like sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual abuse and grooming in schools, under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
We guide clients through this delicate and emotional process to ensure their rights are protected. We work with clients during all stages of a Title IX investigation by a K – 12 school, college, or graduate school and thereafter if the investigation is not handled or resolved appropriately. This may include filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, which is responsible for enforcing the Pennsylvania Huiman Relations Act.
